Maybe mine came in faulty, because i had really high hopes for this and even though it sure keeps heat/ cold inside just as promised, it also leaks. My whole bag got soaked and water is dripping while drinking most of the time. I wanted it for travels and yet i only feel comfortable having it on my desk at home. Also, i was surprised that straw is short, does not reach the bottom though i do not use it much as the straw side is not really comfortable to drink from.
