It comes wrapped as shown in the photo. It is exactly as shown in the images and works just as described, a good product. Definitely very useful for creating sharp and precise eyeliner and eye makeup, especially if, like me, you are a beginner. Recommended and would buy again. Oh, and my skin is sensitive to the adhesives used in medical adhesive tapes, and this one did not cause any reaction. We are all different, so I recommend that you try it first in an area that is not visible and on a day away from an important event to see how your skin reacts.
