I bought a lightweight 8-ounce glove for mitt training. At first, the tightness felt quite strong, but after inserting a 500ml plastic bottle deep into the glove and leaving it for about an hour, it stretched out nicely. Even with a bandage wrapped around it, there was no discomfort and it became the perfect size. I think it's a good idea to insert a spray bottle like a spray can or Fabreeze and spread it inside the glove. I stretched the thumb area by putting small bottles of stec glue, supplements, or salt jars inside. It expands quite a bit and becomes easy to use. The texture of the glove is good, and the price is reasonable. I plan to purchase a 10-ounce one next time. For people with large hands or strong punching power, I recommend a size of 12 ounces or larger.
