Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Why doesn't the 2L bag have a strap? It's much smaller than I expected. The quality is good, but you need to be careful not to let water get in through the bag opening.

I was looking for a 15L one with 2 straps, but those only start from 20L. I bought an orange one, bright, for SUP. The weather hasn't allowed me to try it out in the water yet.
