Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. The package arrived deformed; this is the second time I've ordered it. The first time it arrived in very good condition, but this time it came almost in a completely crushed envelope. I had to stuff it with fabric to make it bulge so it could regain its shape.
