Very useful for backpacks that don't come with one. It relieves the shoulders and you don't have to hold the shells to prevent them from opening. All the pieces are included, but it requires you to know how to assemble it.

My backpack is for students. When I travel with a bag, the chest area keeps opening up, so I tried to tie it with a string, but it was inconvenient and didn't look good, so I bought this.
