The towel feels really nice and soft, and it's a great size. however, i believe the seller has sent me the wrong color. i ordered the “tora purple”, but got “light grey purple” instead, a bit disappointed because of that.

My experience:
1) The label for free shipping is no longer provided for "defective" claims.
2) I submit "purchased by mistake" requests, and they often automatically provide labels for shipping.
The system arranges free shipping.
If the delivery is "we will refund your money if everything is okay with the product," that's a lie. They charge me 14 shekels or less.
3) The support operator asks, "Have you communicated with the seller?" ".
Now I write to each seller before returning the item..
Even fraudulent sellers should approve returns.
4) Defective items or the item was not delivered to you. You won't get your money back either.
They ask for videos, they ask for photos of the packaging, but they don't refund the money.
5) In Russia: buy chains made of regular silver, not toxic metals
6) in Russia: double-check reviews on local platforms
