Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Had one of these before. it was epic best bit of outdoor, camping , adventure kit. shame they haven't made the quick seal more watertight/aireoof so it would hold air better for longer.. not hard to modify though get some sticky rubber tape across the seal and voila it will be almost airtight

I received the product well packaged, it comes with a carrying bag, it was a bit difficult to fill it with air, I only managed to fill it halfway but it does its job.

Exactly as described. Easy setup and pack down. It's a little short but still works for an adult. However if you are tall may i suggest buying the one that has a square headrest at the top, those are made longer and better material. Tip if you can't get enough air in use a fan/air pump/ leaf blower. Thank you!

I've wanted one of these for years and i finally have one. and in a bright canary yellow. it'll be hard to miss me when i'm on the beach. i will probably be ordering more in the near future for my friends and family.

These are pretty great 👍 i was a bit skeptical initially but after i got the hang of inflating it and figured out that there's a right and wrong side to sit on, it was really very comfy. the kids loved theirs as well and enjoyed playing in them

It takes some skill to inflate it. If you try to do it like in the picture, will the air leak out? Maybe weave it in a bit to make it look like a sofa? Anyway, it's bulky, but I was planning to use it outdoors, so it's what I wanted. I don't know about its durability yet.
