To United States: 1–3 business days processing, then 7–15 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. The delivery was fast and good.
The product is the same, but it seems like the one with the chemical smell is new.
There are small yellow stains here and there, but they won't come off.
It seems like you can use it with a thin blanket underneath.

Even if you fill it with air, the air will be gone after a day... (It's not like it's completely deflating, but it's a bit annoying to keep filling it with air...)
