Product is very good for inspection purposes,like what i use it for which is, pcb board and electronics inspection. However, it states specifically in product description that product is and can be used for smd soldering and such work and repairs. This is very inaccurate. Your face will get burned off cause you are so close to the working area like literally 1 or maybe 2 inches away and im being considerate with this statement so

As far as magnifiers go, they're adequate. i don't find 8x or above to be useful because the focal point becomes extremely close. in fact, above 4x it becomes impossible to use binocular view, so it's basically a loupe over each eye.

It works well, it definitely magnifies, but the only downside is that you have to hold the object you want to study or read very close to you. That's the only thing I find inconvenient.

Does it come in a travel case? Yes.
Are they well made? Um... kinda?
Does it work as described? Not 100%
The frames are made from plastic, and it doesnt really fit in the case it comes with. You need to really squeeze it in.
It comes with up to 5 magnifications. 2x, 4x ,6x 10x and 20x.
If you want to magnify anything above and including 6x, you need to have it so close to your face, it makes it practically impossible to work on whatever it is you are looking at.
I found that 2x gives adequate magnification for most tasks, and going up to no more that 6x is really the most practical in use.
For its cost via aliexpress, i've found more items worth the same that are slot more practical.
Look, it's "ok", just don't be expecting to get the same results from this as you would with a proper dedicated professional magnifier headset
