Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Good, sturdy and lightweight sticks, although even with the instructions I didn't understand where the stick is fixed (it turns out that where the white part is, you need to pull it up). There are covers and tips, everything is great. Thank you!

Haven't tried it yet. It seems that a special screwdriver is needed to adjust the length. For that reason, I do not recommend it!

Order placed on June 17 and item received in person in France on June 25 at 2:00 PM. The sticks are as described. They seem to be of good quality. Easy to use, provided you understand the mechanism well, which is not necessarily intuitive.

Excellent poles, I'll be going to the mountains soon and will try them out, but so far I'm very satisfied with them. At first, I didn't understand how to use them at all and thought I got a defective product. Also, I was mistaken in thinking that 2 poles would come, but only one arrived, so I had to buy another one. However, for this price, I'm very happy.

I had trouble locking the pole at first. i sent the seller a message and realised you need to lengthen the pole till you see the locking botton. after that it is good.
