Actually a great product just wish it were a little larger. these are pt recommended for arthritis of the neck and loss of curvature. don’t sleep on it and only use it for a few minutes at a time and slowly work up to 15 minute sessions with it. provides support for the neck and over time can help correct neck issues. i bought two kinds to see what would work best and this one is the winner. do not buy the one on the right.

This is the easiest tool ever to use. it immediately cracked and aligned my neck. i felt standing taller. i go for <10 minutes, almost every day. it's a firm material with pressure points.

I have another version of this in study hard density eva/rubber. thinking this was the same, i bought 2 units. it isn't. this one is a lot lighter but quite sturdy to rest on. you'll need to balance your head to make sure the unit doesn't move around so much. helps to give traction to my cervical area, so this works as advertised.
