It works well; by sucking the tongue outwards, it prevents it from falling down the throat, which prevents snoring and apnea. However, it is a bit uncomfortable to wear at first, and leaves a strange feeling on the tongue when you wake up, like it's more red and tight than usual.
The package arrived quickly, but they brought it to me without a container to store the product; otherwise, it was more or less okay.

Item received quickly and in good condition.
It should be effective, but personally I find it annoying. The tongue is held in the "bubble" by the effect of air vacuum, and I don't find that comfortable, but that's just my opinion. however, the tongue does not fall to the back of the throat and snoring is avoided. It's not stupid.

Replaced a cpap machine for me. Allows me to sleep on my back. I get a new one once per year but they would probably last a little longer. It takes a few weeks to get used to it when you start.
