I normally wear size M, but this is a size L and it fits me perfectly, so I recommend taking a larger size. The front elastic that goes over the knee has a smaller area for attaching the Velcro, I think it won't hold up over time.

I have been using this knee brace for a few days for light hikes and walks, and overall, I am satisfied. The side springs give good support without being too stiff on movement and the opening on the kneecap helps to relieve pressure in flexion. The perforated fabric is quite breathable and does not overheat even after longer sessions. It is not a medical brace for serious injuries, but as a daily support for minor inflammations or prevention during sports it does its duty.

Knee brace of good quality and very functional. I use it for padel and futsal.
