The head circumference is 63 centimeters, and there were no helmets that fit well. However, when I purchased the XL size, there was plenty of room in the size and it was extremely comfortable.
The strange marks on the tip of the tongue and the back of the head that I was curious about could be removed by rubbing them with a fingernail (the ones on the side of the head were impossible).
M
Perfect, it just came with this defect when closing and I don't know if it can be fixed.
