The product is good, but the packaging is very, very bad.

A
Ok, but not tested on shooting range. i suspect i need ear plugs too
D
Asking for refund or a free plug in adapter, which should have come with it. no way to charge it without and outlet adapter. very inconvenient.
G
Sound quality is mediocre compared to the retail version. the sliding adjustments are not smooth and not nearly as user friendly as the retail version.
C
Excellent construction, not inferior to expensive headphones. Meets expectations perfectly for the price.
