The package is completely open when it was received. the bag inside is also open. no visible damage.i haven't played with it yet. hope it is ok.

The pickleball racket arrived today and is as described. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, so i can’t comment on its performance at this stage.

Unfortunately, i noticed a couple of scratches (~the large one is 5mm wide) on the top of the racket, even though it was bubble-wrapped. I suspect they may have occurred during delivery, possibly when it was pushed into my small letterbox. I’m not too concerned about it as the scratches do not affect the function of the racket.

Very good product, arrived ahead of schedule, I recommend it.

Very good! I liked it!

Waited almost a month to receive a broken paddle. It was already broken when i received so i'm guessing lack of quality checks. Refund and return process not smooth either.

It has a good weight and good rebound force. It might not be as good as the genuine product, but it feels not bad at all. I think it would be suitable for beginner to intermediate level users. As for durability, I guess I'll have to use it to find out.
