I bought this to try breathing exercises.
The resistance can be adjusted, so I started by setting it to a low level and tried using it. I could definitely feel some resistance during inhalation and exhalation, giving me a real sense of breathing exercise.
Its small size makes it easy to store and carry, and it's not difficult to use.
I'm going to use it consistently and see if it helps with breathing control. Considering the price, it seems like a decent product.

I think wearing it while exercising will increase breathing resistance.
K
Good product, although if it's the first time it's being used, caution should be exercised or else there's a risk of fainting.

Haven't opened or used yet but this is replacing and old one that was lost pre season, lung strengh/capacity seemed STRONGER despite being sidelines for 14months but used it regularly alongside other rehabilitation methods to get back playing ⚽️
L
Everything arrived very well.
K
I bought this thinking it would be a breathing muscle training tool for singing.
I believe it will be helpful.
It puts up strong resistance to every breath I take.
It will strengthen the transverse fascia and surrounding respiratory muscles.
Frequent use will also be beneficial for improving lung capacity.
