This is the second one I've bought. The bottle arrived damaged. The courier service did not handle the product properly.

It arrived in very good condition, very well packaged. Just like the picture.

Very nice. Made of very good material. True to the photos. I liked it a lot. It exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly and well packaged.

Maybe mine came in faulty, because i had really high hopes for this and even though it sure keeps heat/ cold inside just as promised, it also leaks. My whole bag got soaked and water is dripping while drinking most of the time. I wanted it for travels and yet i only feel comfortable having it on my desk at home. Also, i was surprised that straw is short, does not reach the bottom though i do not use it much as the straw side is not really comfortable to drink from.
