Great product! Delivered ahead of schedule!

I bought from two stores. The bandage from the other one was perfect. This one is not worth it. The quality is not good and, when placed on the wrists, it doesn't close. The old ones don't connect (as seen in the attached photo). I would be happy if I could get a refund for this item.
