More suitable for gym beginners, not for advanced users
D
As described in the product description. Arrived on the expected date. Appears to be of good quality and durability. Comes with a manual, I believe it is a kit for beginners.

The product took 13 days to arrive, matches the description, and the quality is good.
E
Excellent product, I looked for how to use it for exercise and it's great. The negative point is that I couldn't find the measurements of the printed bands; I had to look for them in the photograph when I bought the product.
T
It came just as shown in the photo, very practical and will be very useful to me.

For now it looks good, for muscle groups where you don't have to use much force, the important thing will be to see how durable it is. But for the price it has, you can't ask for much more.
