It's not suitable for the dead of winter, but it's perfect for early winter or late winter.

I tried out this gloves in 0 ° C an i got frostbite on my little finger! I think the stitch itself is the rootcause, the insulation in that area is extremely poor: i took a photo of the stitch itself, which is right at the tip of your finger which "sucks in" the cold. The i sulation was basicillay the same as without any gloves. The rest of the gloves is ok, though. I also compared with another one at home and that gloves does not have any stitching at the finger tip.
So overall i do not recommend, if you want to have good insulation.

I measured my hand circumference and size L fits perfectly, but it feels a bit tight. Recommend buying one size larger.
Phone contact works well. But even when going out at 6 degrees Celsius, it's not warm. I don't like it.
