size quite a bit. I recommend ordering one size smaller compared to the chart. I ordered L for 185 cm and 85 kg and it's too big for me. It doesn't work for me. Well worth the price it has, although the rear rods don't flex at all.

I’ve been using this back support belt for three days now, and i’m very happy with it. Every morning i put it on before going out to water the garden and do some work. **it supports my lower back extremely well and makes physical work much easier for me. **
I usually work in it for about two hours and then take it off. In the evening, closer to sunset, i put it on again and do another round of garden work. Without this belt, i definitely wouldn’t be able to work as comfortably and actively.
It feels supportive, secure and well made. The additional straps make it easy to adjust the compression exactly as needed.
For this price, it’s an excellent purchase. **don’t hesitate — get it! I definitely recommend it. **
