The adhesive surface is really bad. It doesn't last many hours on the nose as it starts to come off first from the sides. Then completely. No effect even if the face is washed well and the face is oil-free.
I don't recommend buying these.

These work very well and definitely stop my bf snoring so much! They also work amazing when you have a stuffed up nose and are all congested! Opens everything up so u can breath easily! A must have for cold season and snoring partners!
